IMA2026 Nanjing Meeting Schedule

During IMA2026, two Business Meetings will be held in a hybrid format, and we kindly request the participation of representatives from each national organization. In particular, the second meeting will include elections for new Executive Board and Council Members of IMA; therefore, please ensure that an appropriate number of voting representatives are present in accordance with your allocated voting rights.

In addition, individual meetings are expected to be organized by each Commission and Working Group during the conference. Please await further communication from your respective commission or working group regarding the schedule and details.

Furthermore, three Council Meetings are scheduled for Council Members.

The schedule is as follows:

[Day 0] 20 August, 15:00-17:00: 1st council meeting

[Day 1] 21 August, 13:30-14:30: 1st business meeting

[Day 2] 22 August, 13:30-14:30: 2nd council meeting

[Day 3] 23 August, 13:15-14:30: 2nd business meeting (Voting)

[Day 4] 24 August, 11:30-11:45: 3rd council meeting
