Agendas of IMA Business Meetings at IMA 2026 Nanjing

Two Business Meetings will be held during IMA 2026 Nanjing in a hybrid format. In-person attendance is expected in principle, although online participation will also be available. The agendas of the Business Meetings are available below, and the zoom link has been sent to each National Representative by email. (If, for any reason, you have not received that email, please contact the Secretary.)

2026 IMA Election

Please note that voting for the election of new IMA Officers/Council Members will take place at the 2nd Business Meeting. You can view the candidates nominated to date, together with their CVs, on this password-protected page. The password can be found in the email that was sent to each national representative.

Voting at the 2nd Business Meeting (August 23) will be conducted according to the number of voting rights allocated to each country. If the National Representatives do not attend the meeting, please inform the secretary of the delegate who will cast votes on behalf of their national society. For those who intend to participate online, instructions for electronic voting will be provided by email to the National Representatives.

In addition to the candidates listed, if national delegates wish to nominate someone, the name of the candidate and the names of at least three delegates supporting the candidate must be submitted to the secretary at least 30 hours before the election (see article 11 of the IMA Constitution for detail)
