The award is intended to support financially the student participation in an international conference with a strong involvement of the IMA. Anyone who is enrolled in and is still within the first to fifth years of, a full-time Ph.D. program in mineralogy (or a closely related discipline) is eligible to apply.

Applicant should provide a CV (including a list of publications), a letter of support from their advisor, and a cover letter detailing their Ph.D. project and achievements and explaining how this award will benefit their research and professional development.
